Ignacio Martin Maruri is a leadership and organizational development consultant, working for CLA in Chile, Spain and Latin America. He is also fulltime professor at the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez UAI, where he teaches courses in Adaptive Leadership and Organizational Transformation.
Ignacio graduated with a Masters Degree in Public Administration at the Harvard Kennedy School (USA), where he was awarded with the Don K. Price Award for demonstrating Academic Excellence, Community Service and Leadership Potential. Additionally, Ignacio owns an Executive MBA Degree by the Instituto de Empresa (Spain), a Postgraduate Degree in Management of NGOs by the UNED (Spain) and an Engineer Degree in Telecommunications by the Technishe Hochshule Darmstadt (Germany). He is also a certified Ontological Coach by The Newfield Network (Chile)
Professionally, Ignacio has held high responsibility positions in multinational telecommunications companies, has consulted to Latin American Governments in regards to telecommunications policies and has managed regional responsibilities in international foundations aiming at promoting sustainable development in Latin America.
