With over fifteen years of coaching and consulting experience in Europe, Asia and the US, Kate brings a specialist focus on leadership development, change management and leadership communication. An organisational behaviourist by training, she has extensive international experience of both working with leaders on local and business-wide change initiatives.
Kate has a proven coaching track record working with executives on a range of development issues. She helps successful leaders to refine and refocus their capabilities and ultimately increase their impact. Clients particularly value her mix of analytical rigour, independent support and robust challenge. She has designed tailored coaching programs for global organisations and has put together coaching teams.
Kate started her consulting career working for Andersen Consulting. The next ten years was spent with Smythe Dorward Lambert, the UK’s first change and internal communication consultancy (eventually bought by Omnicom (NYSE)). Originally based in London, she moved to Boston in 1999 to help open their US office with a team of six colleagues. She was subsequently promoted to be President of their Boston office. Back in the UK, Kate joined Stanton Marris in 2004 to spearhead their private sector practice. She left in 2007 to found KLI Consulting. Kate is a Founding Fellow of the Harvard-affiliated Institute of Coaching. She has degrees in Organisational Behaviour and Business Administration from London and Oxford Universities, as well as a range of coaching and psychometrical qualifications.
