As an experienced process consultant and executive coach, Steven’s expertise crosses the fields of psychology, organizational development, diversity, group dynamics, contemplation and social capital. From training as a priest to becoming a Vice President in an Investment bank before he was thirty, he has global experience across several industries. His experience includes HR, Leadership and Talent Management, Diversity, Organizational Development, Recruitment and Internal Communications.

Keeping his links with industry, Steven brought his corporate experience into education, becoming an Executive Fellow for IE Business School. Steven orchestrated their Global Executive MBA as well as the Global Senior Management Programs, with Chicago Booth GSB. He has worked independently from graduate to Board levels including CEO, with a range of firms such as Barclays, Goldman Sachs, Financial Times, Credit Suisse, PwC and Amex. Steven has served on the guest faculty team of the Adaptive Leadership program at the Harvard Kennedy School, is part of the Duke CE Global Educator and is a visiting lecturer at London Business School and the London School of Economics.

Steven is the author of two international bestselling books, published by Pearson: ‘Made in Britain’ and ‘Brilliant Networking’, which has been translated into several languages and featured in the Independent’s ‘Success at Work’ series. He has recently co-authored a third book called ‘Not Knowing’, which examines leading in uncertainty and complexity. Steven holds an MSc in Organisational Consulting, is a Graduate of International Organisational and Systems Development Programme- Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, has a PGDiploma and is a Associate of Byrne Dean law firm.
