Zoë Heygate-Browne is the Associate Director of Client Experience at Cambridge Leadership Associates and serves as a main point of contact for current and prospective clients. She helps ensure the smooth execution of client driven activities and supports the consultant team to guarantee successful engagements.
Prior to joining the firm, Zoë worked in London as a Head of Faculty for Social Sciences at the secondary school level. She was responsible for the operation of four departments within her faculty and professional development of colleagues. Zoë is an experienced classroom practitioner and middle manager who has led many cross-curricular meetings and professional development workshops.
Since relocating to New York, Zoë has researched, written and published three student guides for Sociology. She is also a contributing author to the upcoming Teacher Observation Scale (TOS) Guide to Effective Classroom Instruction published by National Measurement and Testing.
Zoë gained her Sociology honors degree from the University of York in the UK and possesses a PGCE (Post-Compulsory) from the Institute of Education in London alongside completing her GTP at Kingston University. Zoë is originally from Nottingham but now lives in Brooklyn. She balances her passion for fine wine and dining with practicing firstname.lastname@example.org
