Lydia recently graduated from Western Michigan University with an M.A. in Organizational Behavior Management. During her time at WMU, Lydia took courses in instructional design, behavioral systems analysis, training and development, measurement, and advanced research methods. Lydia helped design and develop CLA’s Make the Shift – Your Career Depends On It online course, which included drafting objectives relating to the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the target customer, creating a course outline using instructional design proposal, creating scripts and voice-overs for videos, and more. Her professional experience includes working for Pfizer as a process improvement consultant, supporting WMU’s Climate Action Task Force in creating a strategic plan for reducing WMU’s emissions to net zero, and working for Adrian College’s Office of Graduate Studies where she drafted proposals, created marketing plans, and conducted research to determine satisfaction levels among graduate students at Adrian. In her free time, Lydia enjoys hiking, exercising, playing volleyball, and any outdoor activity.
