Chris Simmonds has an extensive background in Leadership Development, in particular in using experiential learning as a development tool for Senior Leaders in the Public and Private sectors.
As a highly experienced facilitator, he uses a range of leadership interventions to explore and analyze whole systems to support organizational development and to find new and collaborative ways of working together.
With 10 years experience as the Leadership Development Manager for the Scottish Government, he has in-depth knowledge and experience of working at Director level with Senior Civil Servants and a wealth of experience of working with individuals and ‘intact’ teams. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personal and Development (FCIPD) and holds a BA in Professional Development from the Open University and a Diploma in Mentoring and Coaching.
