Marc Ross Manashil

Marc is a consultant and educator specializing in collaboration and Adaptive Leadership development. His background is in international health and philanthropy, having served in director roles with a global grant making foundation, a medical relief organization, and an NGO working to prevent child mortality in West Africa.

Marc studied Adaptive Leadership while pursuing an MPA at the Harvard Kennedy School from 2009-10 and served as a Teaching Assistant to Professor Dean Williams. He has since developed and facilitated Adaptive Leadership training programs for numerous nonprofit, philanthropic and public sector organizations.

Marc is also a lecturer at New York University’s Silver School of Social Work where he teaches Adaptive Leadership to masters, doctoral and executive-level students.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master of Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley.

Marc resides in Sacramento, California where he frequently annoys his wife, two daughters, ages 10 and 19, and dog Cosmo with the worst possible puns. He’s also an avid bass guitarist and wannabe drummer.
