Maxime Fern is recognized as a leading facilitator of complex systems change, and an innovator in leadership development and advanced level communication, particularly for executive level and senior teams.
Maxime has delivered Adaptive Leadership programs for CLA in the Middle East and South East Asia and for Harvard University’s John F Kennedy School of Government in the Middle East and Europe. She is visiting faculty at the JFK School in its Adaptive Leadership programs, ‘The Art and Practice of Leadership Education’ and ‘Leadership in the 21st Century’.
Maxime Fern develops Adaptive Leadership capability in individuals and organisations and coaches for breakthrough progress, drawing on 25 years consulting intervention experience across science and technology, business, education, government and not for profit sectors in the United States, the Middle East, Europe, Australia and South East Asia.
Maxime holds a BA in Psychology from the Australian National University, and a Master of Education from the University of Canberra and she is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and a certified management Consultant. She is called on to coach at Board, CEO, and Ministerial levels.
Her work ranges from year long intensive leadership programs to a variety of team and short programs where she holds people to the issues that stand in the way of moving from current reality to the desired future. She does this in a way that fosters passion and commitment.
