Who We Are

Cambridge Leadership Associates (CLA) is the home of Adaptive Leadership, a practice developed at Harvard that helps organizations navigate complexity, uncertainty, and change. For more than three decades, we have partnered with executives, managers, and teams across sectors to confront difficult challenges and build the capacity required to make meaningful progress.
Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, organizational change, and human behavior. We collaborate closely with clients to diagnose what is truly getting in the way, design interventions that mobilize people around the work that matters, and support organizations as they experiment, learn, and move forward.
