Drew Petersen
Drew is a leadership and strategy professional with nearly 30 years’ of experience in the corporate sector, professional and college sports industries. He spent his early career in the stock and fixed-income asset management business in San Francisco. Following graduate business school, he switched careers to focus on high level competitive athletics, including coaching and player personnel in collegiate sports, WNBA, and NBA. He helped create one of the first analytic player personnel databases in professional basketball. The database was implemented as a statistical tool that filtered subjective bias from personnel evaluation. Drew has spent the last 22 years focusing on advisory and consulting work. His engagement with Fortune 200 companies requires a flexible, adaptive framework to facilitate optimal decision-making and organizational health. His clients are CEO’s and corporate executives, start-up ventures, professional and intercollegiate athletes, coaches, and Olympians.
