Chrismon is the CEO of Cambridge Leadership Associates. In his 25+ years in the field, Chrismon has become a trusted confidant and adviser to numerous CEOs and board members. He has worked with more than 1600 organizations, from the public sector to Fortune 100 companies, focusing on organizational change, individual and team development, and CEO coaching. Chrismon earned his M.A. and Ph.D. in organizational psychology from Claremont Graduate University, where he was a student of management guru Peter F. Drucker. A sought-after speaker and thought-leader, Chrismon frequently presents on the use of stage models as a tool to meaningfully navigate change. He published his first book, The Shift from One to Many, in 2011.
