Build Adaptive Capacity with the ACP & AC360

At CLA, we believe Adaptive Capacity is the foundation of effective leadership. Our Adaptive Capacity Certification program allows facilitators to administer both the Adaptive Capacity Profile (ACP) and the Adaptive Capacity 360 (AC360), each of which provides unique insight into how individuals and teams navigate change.

Our four-week online course equips facilitators with the skills and frameworks to build the adaptive capacity to lead through stress, change, and complexity. The program is designed for professionals with experience in facilitation or 1:1 & group coaching.
