The Adaptive Leadership Practitioner Certification program is a dynamic, cohort-based course designed for professionals who want to deepen their capacity to lead in complex, uncertain, and high-stakes environments. Utilizing frameworks developed at Harvard Kennedy School, this program blends theory and practice to equip participants with the frameworks, tools, and strategies to mobilize systemic change.
Our six-week hybrid course prepares participants to facilitate adaptive leadership workshops in organizations of all sizes and stages. Key topics include distinguishing between technical and adaptive challenges, authority versus leadership, the Balcony and the Dance Floor, the OII process, identifying the losses associated with change, and the four adaptive styles. The course is designed for executive coaches, consultants, and facilitators looking to expand their toolkit, HR, OD, and change management professionals, and individuals responsible for transforming systems.
Duration: Six, 90-minute trainings
