CLA conducted monthly leadership sessions with SVB’s network of startup founders in small learning pods, applying adaptive leadership principles to support their growth. Each session focused on developing practical skills for navigating the unique challenges of the startup landscape, including managing stakeholders, fostering team resilience, and setting a strategic growth vision. 

Impact

The program enabled founders to improve their leadership effectiveness, resulting in substantial business growth. Participating startups experienced positive outcomes such as securing large-scale investments, expanding client bases, and launching new business lines.
