Lynda Elefson

Director of Administration and Operations

Lynda Elefson is the Director of Administration and Operations for Cambridge Leadership Associates. She started her career in leadership development with the Nofsinger Group in 2014 after over 20 years experience working with executives and boards of directors in the banking field. She plays a critical role in supporting our team and assisting with client projects. A Washington native, Lynda earned her BS from Central Washington University. She enjoys spending time in the outdoors, hiking, boating, skiing. She also volunteers in various organizations to help feed local disadvantaged families.
