Max Martina
President
Max is the President of Cambridge Leadership Associates. He has worked across sectors with leaders at Fortune 100 firms, in small, family-owned firms, and in large public organizations to build adaptive capacity. Max’s penchant for helping organizations navigate thorny challenges comes from a deeply held belief that humanity needs, more than ever, the fully engaged and effectively applied talents of changemakers the world over. He brings two decades’ worth of corporate management and start-up business experience to CLA, including three years as CEO. Max oversaw R&D, start-up, growth, and merger of a multi-million-dollar disruptive water technology firm that conserved more than two trillion gallons of water in commercial and industrial applications. He has appeared in a range of national media outlets such as CNN and NPR. Max earned an MPA from Harvard’s Kennedy School with a concentration in leadership, studied leadership at Georgetown University, and holds a B.A. in International Relations. Max is also a Partner at The Nofsinger Group, a firm specializing in C-level leadership development.
